FAQ
1. What's the investment?
Depending on the requested service, fill out our quote request and we will send you a personalized quote adapted 100% to your project as soon as possible. You can also let us know if you have a budget limit from the request.
2.Can I get more than one service?
Of course! We can make a special package for you with the services you request.
3.How much input will I have?
It's your project, so we ask for your inspiration photos or ideas that you think can capture the personality of your business, and we'll use them as inspiration for your project. Note: We won't plagiarize the ideas you provide, we can only use elements of the style but never identical.
4.How will we communicate during the process?
Ideally, we will schedule a couple of video calls (one at the beginning of the project and one at delivery). From the beginning, we will ask you where you are located to analyze the time zone differences and arrange a time that is convenient for both of us. Please note that we work under the EST time zone.
5. How long will it take?
Depending on our workload at the moment, it can take between 1-4 weeks
6.How many options will I have to choose from?
We give 2 different style options, from which one is chosen as final and worked on changes (if necessary).
7.Do you work with international clients?
Sure! We work 100% remotely so we can adapt no matter where you are located. In the quotation request, we ask where you are located to take into account your time zone and to maintain communication during business hours.
8.What are the payment options?
We have three options and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
The first option is to give a 50% deposit of the final project price and the other 50% is paid upon completion.
The second option is to pay the full amount of your project from the beginning.
As a third option, we can offer you a 3-month payment plan with no interest, where the final project price is divided by 3 and paid monthly.
9.How does payment work?
For clients outside of Mexico, we use Paypal or Stripe.
If you have a bank account in Mexico, you can transfer the payment to us through BBVA or Hey Banco, whichever is more convenient for you.
10.Sounds great. How do we start?
The first step is to fill out our quote form, which you can find here.
Then, we create the quote, which also includes the contract, we'll send it to your email. If the contract is signed, a payment of at least 50% of the project cost is required. Alternatively, you can check our payment plans in question 8.
